At State of Motion Osteopathy, all bookings are available strictly online only. If there is a specific treatment time or date that you need, or you have any questions prior to making a booking, please feel free to reach out via email, and we will be in touch within the day.
HICAPS and Medicare
Health fund rebates are available from most private health insurers.
Requirements and rebates can vary across programs so please check with your health fund, GP, or osteopath.
If eligible , your GP can issue a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program for osteopathy. The current Medicare rebate is $60.35. You are still required to pay for your osteopathy appointment in full on the day of your appointment prior to the rebate. If you have been given a CDM please bring it to your appointment.
Consent and Cancellations
Osteopathy, like all forms of manual therapy involves some risk along with its many proven benefits. I will take a thorough history and examination to minimise these risks. Your treatment will be explained so you can make informed choices. You will be required to sign a consent form for treatment when you book/arrive.
Cancellation policy: We understand circumstances change, but please be respectful and notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule to avoid the $55.00 cancellation fee.
